All vendors and activities take place indoors or under our large heated tent, so you can stay warm while enjoying the winter magic! ❄️🎄

🎨✍️ Inaugural Holiday Art & Writing Contest At New Century

This season, we’re celebrating creativity, gratitude, and giving!
Students across Orange County and surrounding districts are invited to take part in our first-ever Holiday Art & Writing Contests, held in conjunction with the Christmas Market & Winter Wonderland at New Century Festivals in Deerpark, NY (near Port Jervis).

Theme: The Season of Gratitude & Giving
Create an original artwork or write an original essay that celebrates gratitude, generosity, or your favorite holiday traditions and activities.

Age Groups:

• Elementary (Grades K–5)
• Middle School (Grades 6–8)
• High School (Grades 9–12)

Prizes:
Each age group will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in both art and writing — 18 prizes total!

🥇 1st Place: $100 Gift Card
🥈 2nd Place: $50 Gift Card
🥉 3rd Place: $25 Gift Card

Submission Guidelines:

• Deadline: 5 PM, November 21, 2025 • Art: JPEG, 8.5" x 11" • Writing: PDF, 500 words max • No AI-generated work permitted • Filename format: title.lastname.firstinitial.school.grade • Email entries to: [email protected]

Winners will be announced on December 3, 2025, and their works will be proudly displayed at the 4th Annual Christmas Market & Winter Wonderland on Saturday, December 6 (3–8 PM).
